Welcome to Beatssounds (“we,” “us,” or “the Station”). By accessing beatssounds.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What Beatssounds Is

Beatssounds is a platform where music producers can upload, share, and license beats, and where artists can discover, preview, and purchase licenses. We provide the technology; producers retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Producer Uploads

By uploading a beat to Beatssounds, you represent that:

• You own the beat or have all rights needed to license it.
• Your upload does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• You grant Beatssounds a non-exclusive license to host, stream previews, and deliver files to licensed buyers.

Private uploads to My Stash remain visible only to you unless you publish to The Vault.

4. Beat Licenses

Unless a producer specifies otherwise, purchasing a beat grants a non-exclusive license for use in recorded music. Licenses do not transfer ownership of the underlying composition or master recording.

• Tape Lease — limited commercial use, typically for independent releases with stream caps.
• Full Broadcast — broader commercial use including distribution and monetized releases.
• Exclusive Signal — exclusive rights as agreed between buyer and producer; contact required.

Producers may set their own prices. Beatssounds is not responsible for disputes between buyers and producers beyond facilitating delivery of purchased files.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). All sales are generally final once a beat file has been delivered, except where required by law or in cases of proven technical failure on our end.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload content you do not have rights to distribute.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems.
• Harass other users or use the platform for illegal activity.
• Resell or redistribute beats outside the scope of your license.

7. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on Beatssounds infringes your copyright, contact us with a DMCA notice including identification of the work, the infringing URL, and your contact information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

Beatssounds is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific commercial results from licensed beats, or that all content is free of errors. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beatssounds and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, producer content, or license disputes between users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
